Even though i was ill I still decided to take part in this 10K walk because i thought people are suffering with more than the flu out there.
Thank you for all the donations… Combined Thanh and myself made over £200 for charity.
I had real issues with filming this video blog using a camcorder instead of a digi cam… the codec it used really hates Vista… anyway managed to finishing the producing the video blog but i can’t export it so i had to refilm it on my digicam… NICE (!)

I must admit a 10k walk is actually harder than a 10K run…. and it was quite hot yesterday as well 🙁
There was some drama when Victoria’s flip flops broke so the girls rushed to H&M and we still managed not to come last!
