Finally got Director status on YouTube so now i got what i need to make mini movies.

Can you believe that!!!! I’m 2nd in the fantasy football league at work!!! and i don’t know anything about football :p
For many months now Shetal (Sukh g/f) soon to be wife contacted us to invite us to Sukh’s surprise party … and boy did we keep it quiet!
Anyway it was held at a Private room @ Madhu in Southhall which is an upmarket Indian Restaurant (Molton Brown Handwash in the Toilets is always a good sign).
Food was very nice first time ever that i’ve been to an Indian place… closest i get are indian microwave meals.
Very good expirence, sweating away eating it :p
Anyway now that i’ve been approve for Director status on Youtube here’s my video blog… sorry i was quite hyper on that day :p

In the afternoon the power went off in the office so we couldn’t do anywork.

Jeez man remember the vid of the korean football fan (see 6th june blog entry)… well i don’t know why but it managed to rake in 23,000 hits since it was put on a week ago!!!! also had to delete a few racist comments from a few japs as well… prob my most successful youtube posting yet!
didn’t do much today…. took a friend to St Pancreas Station and thats about it… while around that area i noticed it had changed since i used to use it as a change point when going uni. The new international terminal will look faboulous when it opens in 2007. Can’t wait!
I’ve decided to sell my shared in BANCO SANTANDER (which were originally Abbey shares) They just been bad luck since i’ve brought them…. I brought them many years back when abbey were doing well when it was £10 per share but almost right away the share price went down and they have never really recovered.
My Portfolio is looking quite thin now… only got BOC and HMV left… prob sell them as well…
So anyway Do you drink soup or do you eat a soup…..

Wow i can’t believe i’m really getting into the football thing… i’m not much of a football fan but something is making me watch it …

After work today i decided to wash my car as it was a nice day but i discovered that there were shit loads of scratches…. normally i would screw and make a fuss but today i only had a quick stared and thought…. “fuck it”….. Nothing much i can do right?
The weather is so nice now i was hoping to go to Alton Towers on Sat, but i think that has changed to Thorpe park… ( which is a little bit closer).

Just got back from Swindon (Population 155,432 Home of Intel, Motorola) , I’ve never driven in such shit weather ever! it was raining so heavily. At one point i broke sharply cos all the cars ahead slowed down suddenly and i was falling asleep so I had a nap at the service station.
Continuing on the M4 the shit weather had past but it was still very wet drove past 2 minor pile ups and 1 major one pile up! It must have been fresh cos the police wasn’t there yet there were a few cars on the hard shoulder and one car right in the middle of the motorway hope no one got hurt. I’m thinking the amount of people slowing down to look at this would cause another crash… It was quite scary so many car so close together.

Friday was Da Vinci Code Evening…
Started off with a Dinner in ASK (High Street Kensington) where i had Ravioli Crayfish then it was across the Road to watch it.
It was a full house!!!!! totally packed every single seat taken, when the movie started everyone started clapping…. (i was prob the only one who hadn’t read the book who was there)
My opinion may be different to someone who has read the book but i thought the movie lacked any structure whatsoever, i think the screenplay wasn’t written very well… i mean they did try hard… but with this book it relies alot on theories etc which had to be explained many times in the movie… which in a Movie doesn’t really work…. perhaps in a TV movie series it would have.
The movie did try to explain the theories to its best ability but only giving a brief outline of it… It really felt like the old batman tv series when they would have have to totally explain there plan indirectly to the viewers.
At the end of the movie there were very little clapping less compared to the beginning… One person coming out of Screen 4 said “It was so boring”
IMO Di Vinci Code should have stayed as a book and not turned into a movie. I’ve been told by my mate who was watching it with me that they missed out alot from the book…
I’m def going to start reading the book now, this was an interesting movie, but i don’t think it did the book justice!

Da Vinci code is just round the corner…. critics reviews say the film is very true to the book so hopefully this will be good.

I’m gonna go to Icespace next week … it looks sooo nice… and stuff… i’m not too sure what they have there… i guess alot of ice… but its meant to be an ice art exhibition as well or something….
Also the Davinci Code is out next week i can’t wait to watch it…. Gonna watch it the first day it comes out… been waiting to watch this for ages!!!!

So i’m getting rid of Three which i’ve been on since they started the network… i actually pre-ordered and stuff… I’ve decided to have T-mobile as my main network (Flext price plan will save me money) and Orange as my 2nd phone.

I had the most wonderful bank holiday weekend… even though it was a very quiet one… it’s the people you spend it with.
Sunday went for a walk on the Riverside there i saw a 40 year old spin on his head!!!!!! He must have made a fat profit considering the amount of spectators who were there.

The following day i headed to Regent Street to do some shopping, went to Levi’s (20% off) and Hamleys. Went to the Apple store to listen to one of there lectures and to use the free wifi

After that we went to a Waffle cafe called Pure Waffle…. it was so expensive!!!!!!!!!!! i thought it would be cheap…..but atleast the waffle were really really nice! best i’ve ever eaten.

Plan to have Sunday Lunch at the Samaritaine Department store Restaurant (Point Neuf) and do a bit of shopping at Celio (Spring collection released). Besides that anything goes!
Anyway cos i don’t wanna be spotted at the holiday inn Express again by that person and to not bring back my past, i’m deciding to try out the Holiday inn Bibliotheque which is not far from china town and old time hangout place d’italie

I was sooo tempted to get an Apple ibook today but i had to hold myself back to much money speaking again!!!!!
So instead i ended up getting a Cisco 7960… decided to get it because I’ve been watching ’24’ too much and these ar ethe phone they use in CTU so i thought i’d get one… they’re VOIP phones btw… not sure how to configure it but i’m sure it’d be easy…

This weekends has been a relaxing one… just been watching ’24’ doing some shopping… oh Friday cos it was a nice sunny day I went to the Pub with Thanh …. sat outside chatting… then Arup walked past asked him to join us then later Axe joined us as well haven’t sat down and chatted like that for ages… quite nice…
Sat went Kam Tong in bayswater to have dium sum very yummy been there 2 week in a row… better start going London HK again… Waitress always seem to remember me…. maybe I eat loud or something?
Anyway tomorrow it’s back to work… hopefully the week will go quick….
