Just finished watching the “100 Greatest RnB grooves” Killing me softly one of my fave tunes was at no.4 and No1 was i’ll be missing you by Puff daddy. I actually enjoyed watching it… it was a nice de-stresser for a sunday afternoon.

Did the weekly jog with Dennis, Thanh, Gemma and Anna it was ok… i see myself getting better.

Anyway i had such a wicked weekend this week…. left me so happy and mellowed out…

I’m so glad i could rest today i’ve been going out so much recently that my body hasn’t had time to rest… next week i plan to stay in all weekend to rest.
